
BA Tax Pros Begins Working Remote In Response to COVID-19
Dear Friends,
As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread, the health and wellbeing of our communities, clients, and employees remains our highest priority. BA Tax Pros is committed to doing its part to alleviate the impact of this health event.
As such, effective at 6:00 pm on March 25th, all BA Tax Pros employees will be working remotely and our offices will be closed due to the new "Safer at Home" policy by Gov. Stitt.
While our physical offices are closed, BATP remains fully operational. Our professionals have been equipped with the technology necessary to work securely and seamlessly from any location. We are fully prepared to operate in this way, and in fact, it is a normal part of our operations for many of our clients.
How to Conduct Business Moving Forward:
1.) Upload Your Documents Securely Via our Website or Secure Link.
Go to www.bataxpro.com homepage and click the "Upload Your Files" tab to securely send documents. Alternatively, if you are ready to send your files in now, Click Here to get started.
Please send pdf copies only – do NOT send photos. There are several free and low-cost apps available for smart phones to convert pictures of documents to pdf files. Examples are Adobe Scan, TurboScan, Genius Scan, and CamScanner.
If at all possible, please combine all documents into a single pdf file.
2.) Call us or Email us to schedule a phone call.

3.) Electronic Signature is Available.
Please rest assured that electronic signature is available for most of the forms that you would need to sign. Alternatively, documents that you sign can be scanned and emailed to us using the instructions and/or secure link in point number one.
4.) Completed Returns Will Be Sent Electronically
When your tax return is complete, in order to avoid delay in filing and picking up your return, we will be reaching out to you via phone or email. We will provide you with all the necessary instructions and documents needed for you to file and receive your electronic 2019 tax return copy. Rest assured that the documents required to sign in order to file do have electronic signature capabilities.
If you have already physically dropped off your tax documents the above also applies. We will be reaching out once your return is complete. Once the mandatory COVID-19 shut down has passed, you are welcome to come to the office and pick up the documents you provided, at your convenience.
5.) Invoices Will Be Paid Online Or Over The Phone
You can pay your invoice via credit or debit card using our secure online payment portal. To do so now, click below or visit our website and click "Make Payment." If you prefer to pay over the phone please coordinate directly with a member of our staff.
6.) Send Your Documents Via Fax

7.) While electronic delivery of documents to BATP is preferred, you can mail documents to our office.
If you do so, you MUST coordinate directly with a BA Tax Pros service partner or manager. We strongly recommend you make and retain copies of all mailed documents. Our mailing address is:
